Privacy policy. The short version: we store the cards you scan, on servers in India, so that you can use them. We never sell them. You can export or delete everything from the app.

01 · What we collect

The cards you scan: name, company, designation, phone, email, address, the photo of the card. Your own account details: your WhatsApp number, name, company, GSTIN if you give it. Usage: which screens you open in the app and the web app and what you do there, such as scans, follow-ups and plan changes, linked to your account.

02 · Why we collect it

So you can use the product. So we can bill you. So we can tell you when a follow-up is overdue. So we can fix what is slow or broken. So we can send you messages about your account and, if you said yes, tips and offers that fit how you use HypX. We do not use your prospects for anything of ours.

03 · Messages from HypX

We send account messages (setup help, scan limits, payments, renewals) on WhatsApp and email to the number and address on your account.

Tips, offers and product news only go to you if you said yes. Turn them off in settings, or with the link or button in the message.

04 · WhatsApp and your customers

Messages go from your WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s API. We store the template, the time and the delivery status. The person you message can reply STOP and we will block further sends from your account to that number.

05 · Where it lives

Servers in India. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups daily, kept 30 days.

Usage data and your account’s name, company, email and phone are also processed by PostHog, the service we use for analytics and for sending our messages, on servers in the United States.

06 · Who can see it

You and the people you add to your team. HypX staff only when you ask us for support, and only for as long as it takes.

07 · Export and deletion

Export everything to Excel from the app at any time. Delete your account from the app; your data is removed within 30 days, backups included.

08 · Cookies and analytics

The website uses one cookie to remember that you have signed in.

We measure how the site is used with PostHog: the pages you visit, what you click, and a replay of the visit in which everything you type is hidden. It runs in cookieless mode, so it sets no cookie and keeps no identifier of you beyond the day. Nothing is recorded on the ticket and pass pages. We do not sell this data.

In the web app we also keep replays of sessions so we can fix problems. Everything you type is hidden, but a replay shows what was on the screen, which can include your prospects. The mobile app records which screens you use but keeps no replays.
